1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the item.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
